Resident Evil Requiem is filled with hidden trophies for accomplishing different objectives throughout the game. While your first thought might be to run and hide rather than stick around to get some achievements, some of them aren’t too hard to attain.
The Deadly Duet trophy is one such achievement in Resident Evil Requiem. All you have to do is kill the two singing zombies in the care center. It may be a bit of a challenge to do right away, given how limited your defenses are towards the beginning, but once you upgrade Grace’s equipment and abilities, it’s not so much of a challenge.
How to Kill the Singing Zombie in the West Wing in Resident Evil Requiem

You won’t be able to get the trophy until you’ve made your way effectively through the entire care center. The first singing zombie you encounter will be in the West Wing, in the second-floor bar and lounge. She’ll be easy to find because from the moment you walk into the dining room on the first floor, you’ll hear her singing above you, even if you can’t see her.
As soon as you enter the bar and lounge, you’ll be faced with three zombies: two regular ones and the singing one. To get through the room, you actually don’t need to kill any of them, although it’s worth it to look around because you can find a green herb, an antique coin, Grace’s own handgun and a safe filled with a few more antique coins. You won’t be able to get to any of those but the first coin unless you distract or kill the enemies here.
The singing zombie will pace back and forth along the edge of the handrail. If you time it right, you can sneak up past the piano out of eyeshot and stab her with a Hemolytic Injector as she turns around. This might trigger the other zombies, depending on the timing, but you can also try to lure her out of the bar towards the Chairman’s Office, where you can take her out without setting off the others.
How to Kill the Singing Zombie in the East Wing in Resident Evil Requiem

The singing zombie in the East Wing is going to be much more of a challenge, just given how far into the wing she is. She can be found in the conference room on the second floor of the wing, essentially blocking your path from getting to the bottle of corrosive for the Sun puzzle box. Not only does she sing, but she’ll scream like a banshee and stun you for a moment, so make sure to take care of the other zombies in the room before trying to take her out.
Interestingly, there is a file on the table in front of her that describes her, the other singing zombie, and the zombie on the first floor of the East Wing, who is sensitive to noise. While you don’t need to kill the sensitive one to unlock the Deadly Duet trophy, it might not be a bad idea because he’s going to get in the way later.
As soon as you’ve killed both of the singing zombies, the trophy/achievement will pop for you, and you’ll also be able to claim the completion points from the Bonuses tab of the main menu. Even if it weren’t for the trophy, it’s worth it to take these two out just so you aren’t hearing their songs in your dreams at night.
