Throughout your survival in the Care Center in Resident Evil Requiem, you will encounter a few collectibles that you’ll gather for rewards. The Mr. Raccoon figures are ones scattered throughout the game, but within the Care Center itself, you’ll find Antique Coins.
These coins are used in the Parlor for several upgrades that you can use for Grace. They can increase her backpack space, health, weapon damage, and how much blood she can carry. You will need a total of seventeen to obtain all of the upgrades, and these are the spots you can find them.
Guard Office

One of the first coins that you’ll be able to find will be located in the Guard Office, just to the right of the door that you used to enter the room, opposite the typewriter that you’ll use to save the game.
Dining Room Hallway

The next coin that you will find quickly is located on a small end table. It will be right next to the lamp at the end of the Dining Room Hallway, just past the Filing Room.
Bar & Lounge

When going upstairs in the West Wing, you can find the Bar & Lounge, which will be home to four coins in total. With one resting on top of the piano keys, and three more in the safe behind the bar.
Parlor

Within the Parlor itself, you can find three more coins. You can find one on the roulette table, another on the bar, and one more hidden in a jar behind the bar that you’ll need to break.
Examination Room

Moving forward to the East Wing, you will be able to find three more coins within the safe inside the Examination Room.
East Wing Stairs

Before entering the Waiting Room, you can find another coin on the coffee table near the East Wing staircase.
Waiting Room

When entering the Waiting Room, you can find a coin on a table near the entrance of the room. There will also be another two coins in the safe located in the back corner of the room as well.
Courtyard

After a series of events in the story, you can move past the door that opens up to the Courtyard. You will need to carry Emily through the door, but just under the stairs, there will be a final coin on a chair that you can use for any further upgrades.
Zombie Coins

There will also be two more coins that you can find that will drop from killing two specific zombies in each of the Care Center Wings. The zombies will be female zombies who eerily sing while passive, but scream incredibly loudly when they spot Grace. Killing both zombies will grant you another 2 coins if you miss a couple from any of the previously mentioned spots.
Thankfully, you can collect more coins than you need for Grace’s upgrades. You’ll be able to skip a couple of spots if you need to snag those incredible buffs quickly, or gather all of the coins if you’d like to scratch that itch of collecting absolutely everything on the Care Center Map.
