Pokemon Legends Z-A’s new Mega Dimension DLC has finally been released. This marks the arrival of brand new missions in Hyperspace Lumiose, as well as a series of new Mega Pokemon to be discovered. One such example of these new Megas is Mega Crabominable. If you’re wondering how to get Mega Crabominable in Pokemon Legends Z-A, all of the information you’ll need has been outlined in the guide below.

How to Get Mega Crabominable & Crabominite in Pokemon Legends Z-A

First of all, players will need to have purchased and started the Mega Dimension DLC for Pokemon Legends Z-A. After completing the first mission, which officially kickstarts the Mega Dimension gameplay, you’ll be able to explore more Hyperspace portals.

Mega Crabominable can be located through a portal in the bottom right-hand corner of the Lumiose map, as part of a dedicated side mission. Upon entering the portal, you will be made aware of two Mega Crabobiminable who are fighting one another, and asked to help break the fight up.

You will then need to take on these two very high leveled Pokemon in battle, so be sure to bring a team that has Type advantages. Mega Crabominable is an Ice and Fighting Type, meaning it is weak to Fire, Flying, Fighting, Psychic, Steel, and Fairy Type moves. Don’t forget to also utilize your Plus Moves for an extra burst of damage, as this is a very tough battle.

After successfully defeating both of these Pokemon, you will then gain Crabominite as a reward. This, when placed as a hold item on any Crabominable, will now let you Mega Evolve into Mega Crabominable during battles.

How to Get Crabominable in Pokemon Legnds Z-A

One of the easiest ways to get Crabominable in Pokemon Legends: Z-A is by evolving a Crabrawler. To evolve Crabrawler into Crabominable, players will need to use an Ice Stone, which can be purchased from the Stone Emporium.

As for Crabrawler, they can be found in Hyperspace Wild Zones. If you are seeking out specific Pokemon such as Crabrawler but cannot see any available in the current zones on your map, you can use a bench trick. Similar to skipping through battle zones or cycling day/night to seek out shinies, players can pass the time at benches to reset/change the Pokemon available in Hyperspace Wild Zones.
