Embark Studios has officially announced all new additions coming with the ARC Raiders Flashpoint update releasing on March 31.
It will bring a new map condition, outfits, ARC, weapons, and more, along with multiple gameplay and crafting improvements.

ARC Raiders Flashpoint Update Patch Notes
New Map Condition: Close Scrutiny ARC Operation
The update will introduce a new type of major map condition called “Close Scrutiny ARC Operation.” According to Embark Studios, the map will feature less loot but will include a new ARC Assessor that will be heavily guarded.
“The ARC patrols accompanying it are unprecedented. Celeste calls it the Assessor. She wants to know what it’s doing, Raiders want whatever it’s holding… two birds, one stone,” the official blog stated.
New ARC Threat: Vaporizer
The vaporizer is a new drone-like flying ARC enemy that can be found “stalking the areas around the operation.” It can deal heavy damage through its laser attacks and has “idiosyncratic” attack patterns.
New Weapons and Items: Canto, Dolabra, and Surge Coil
Surge Coil is the new item being added to ARC Raiders with the Flashpoint update, while Canto and Dolabra are the two new weapons.
Canto is an SMG featuring medium ammunition and can prove useful in close-range fights.
Dolabra, on the other hand, is a shotgun that allows players to fire either burst or concentrated shots. Embark Studios has suggested going to Close Scrutiny ARC Operation to find its Blueprint.
Lastly, the Surge Coil can be deployed to periodically electrify the surroundings, dealing damage to anyone within its range.
Gameplay Improvements
Players will now be able to build a new project called the High Gain Antenna to earn rewards. Moreover, you can now increase the types of loot collected by Scrappy by feeding him specific items and in return, he will reward you with valuable items.
As reported before, Shredders will now be available on Blue Gate, Buried City, and Spaceport, along with Dam Battlegrounds during map conditions.
Crafting Improvements
To help players craft their loadouts efficiently, ARC Raiders will now automatically fulfill the missing materials without needing to go to different tabs. In case some materials are missing, raiders will get a list of sources where they can “recycle, refine, or purchase” them in one place.
New Bundle and Other Cosmetics
The Wasp Hunter Set is the second cosmetic bundle coming to the game and will include four variations, the Diver Backpack (White), a new Scrappy Helmet, the Thruster Hammer Raider Tool, and 2400 Raider Tokens.
Throughout April, Embark Studios will also launch three new outfits, including the Brigade Set, Vanguard Set, and Nascosto Set.
