There’s this Dark Lord–reminiscent armor set in Crimson Desert called the Frostcursed Armor, and its pieces are scattered across Demeniss. It has all you need in an armor set, boasting that edgy look and providing solid defense, plus Ice Resistance that lets you brave colder regions without any drawbacks.
Unfortunately, the enemies in Demeniss can be quite unforgiving, and the story does not take you there until much later. Luckily, Crimson Desert does not lock you out of exploring the enormous map, so if you are willing to slip in, grab what you need, and make a quick exit, you can assemble the complete Frostcursed Armor set earlier than expected with this guide.

Frostcursed Plate Helm Location In Crimson Desert

To find the Frostcursed Plate Helm, head to the Chattering Rocks, which is directly north of the “D” in Deminess on the world map. Fortunately, you won’t find any enemies here, at least we didn’t.

When you arrive at the ruins, you’re looking for some vines southwest of a pond hiding a passageway.

You can walk through the vines to find a chest containing the Frostcursed Plate Helm.
Frostcursed Plate Cloak Location In Crimson Desert

You can find the Frostcursed Plate Cloak in the Sanctum of Expiation, which is northwest of the Chattering Rocks.

It is another quiet set of ruins, and again, there were no enemies around when we explored it. So, take your time exploring the area to get to the central section of the ruins, where you will find a broken floor and two doorways.

Take the passage on the left, and burn through the vines with Blinding Flash (LB+RB+LB) that blocks the way to open up a gap large enough to crouch through.

Once inside, look to your right, and you will spot the chest containing the Frostcursed Plate Cloak across some gratings.

Follow the crawlspace and take a right U-turn at the end to reach it. You will need to move with a bit of urgency, as there is a spike trap along the way.
Frostcursed Plate Armor Location In Crimson Desert

Next up, for the Frostcursed Plate Armor, you will need to head to Misthard Cave, which is directly far north of the second “E” in Deminess, as shown on the map.
Again, you won’t find any enemies in the surrounding area, but getting there is not as simple as it sounds.
Since you will be moving northeast from the previous armor locations, there is a good chance you will run into “Frosthold” Besieged Fort. It is best to avoid any fights here if you are not prepared and make a straight beeline for the cave instead.

Once you arrive, you’ll spot two waterfalls, and the cave lies behind the one on the right. To pass through the falling water without being knocked back by the cascade, you need to use Stab (Y+RB) to break through the water wall.

Inside the cave, a wall layered with gold blocks your path, which you can clear using Force Palm with the right thumbstick.

After that, follow the path deeper in, and at the end, you’ll find a chest holding the Frostcursed Plate Armor.
Frostcursed Plate Gloves Location In Crimson Desert

The gloves for the Frostcursed Armor set are also tucked away in a cave behind a waterfall. More specifically, you’re looking for the Lunar Spirit Grotto, which sits directly above the “M” in Deminess on the world map.

As soon as you get close to the waterfall, Earthen enemies will start pouring in without any end in sight. They’ll easily overwhelm you if you try to take them on.
It’s advisable to make a straight run for the water wall and use the same Stab technique to break through it and get inside.

The Frostcursed Plate Gloves are waiting in a chest at the end of the cave. Next to it, there are also two other generic chests, plus a Refined Palmer Pill you can loot.
Frostcursed Plate Boots Location In Crimson Desert

The final piece in the Frostcursed Armor set, the boots are very close by to the gloves, and you will find them behind yet another waterfall in the Well of Tragedy Grotto.

Head slightly northwest from the previous cave to reach this area, but do not expect a quiet approach this time either. More Hexe Earthens will emerge near the waterfall’s proximity, and they do not take long to overwhelm you.

Best to avoid them and make it across the water wall using the Stab move. On the other side, you will find the chest holding the Frostcursed Plate Boots, wrapping up the full set for the Frostcursed Armor.
