Crimson Desert‘s Dragon’s Stone Chamber is an ancient ruin, and if there’s anything you’ve learned from the Reunion questline in Chapter 2, it is that they rarely come empty-handed. There’s a bit of treasure waiting inside for you to grab, but only after you deal with the puzzle standing guard over it.
The Dragon’s Stone Chamber, in particular, boasts one of the trickier puzzles, and piecing it together requires some legwork across the Hernand region. If you would rather not wander around chasing clues, we have laid out both the hints and the direct solution for you right here.

Where To Find The Dragon’s Stone Chamber Puzzle
We found the entrance to the Dragon’s Stone Chamber inside an alcove along a massive chasm at the source of Mysterious Energy, after refounding the Gerymane Camp at Howling Hill in Chapter 3. It’s directly south of your house near the camp (southwest), which you unlock after completing the Return of the Comrade quest.
Consider referring to our image showing the position of our character and the Mysterious Energy, as it will help you locate the Dragon’s Stone Chamber with ease.
Once you spot the alcove, you will need to glide toward it to reach the opening. If your stamina falls short, you can position yourself directly above it and ease your way down, safely nudging into the entrance once you reach the opening.
How To Enter The Dragon’s Stone Chamber
Once inside the opening, you will notice a mural on the wall, and more importantly, your lantern will emit that familiar glow, signaling a memory ready to be read. Take it out and read the memory, which you’ll then automatically play with the Visione.
The figures in the memory will point out something odd about the painted door on the mural. If you walk straight into it, you’ll push a stone slab inward, opening the way into the Dragon’s Stone Chamber proper.
What Are The Dragon’s Stone Chamber Puzzle Clues?
Upon entering the Dragon’s Stone Chamber, you are greeted by three Rotatable discs with drawings located in the center of the room. Solving the puzzle revolves around rotating these discs until the painted patterns on each one line up in the correct orientation.
Crimson Desert gives you the solution to the Dragon’s Stone Chamber Puzzle in a rather roundabout way, through a large painted map on either side of the chamber walls.
On the Pywel map, this corresponds to the above, with the three custom markers representing the same location on the painted map.
All Mural Locations For The Dragon’s Stone Chamber Puzzle
At each of these marked locations, you will find a mural with a pattern similar to the ones on the discs. These murals show the correct orientation for each disc.
We have already done the heavy lifting for you by personally visiting these murals ourselves, so you do not have to trek across the region. If you’d rather see them firsthand, you’re free to do so.
How To Solve The Dragon’s Stone Chamber Puzzle
To solve the Dragon’s Stone Chamber puzzle in Crimson Desert, you simply need to rotate the three discs until their orientations match the murals. They should each look something like the above.
Once aligned correctly, you’ll complete the puzzle, and a door will unlock ahead.
Dragon’s Stone Chamber Puzzle Rewards
Beyond the newly unlocked door in the Dragon’s Stone Chamber, you can claim an Abyss Cresset, which acts as a fast travel point, and which in turn gives you an Abyss Artefact. Well, if you decide to fast-travel back here in the future, then good luck climbing out of the chasm.
