How to Get Brainrots
Start at the beginning of the obby and jump to grab your first hook. Swing forward, land on platforms, and pick up any brainrots you find along the way. You can only pick up one unit at a time.
With a unit in your hand, head back to the spawn area the same way you came and place your brainrots at your base, they’ll start earning you money automatically from there.
That’s it. The challenge is getting far enough to reach the rarer units.
What Are Brainrot Mutations?
Every brainrot can appear in a mutated version, which earns you way more money than the normal one. There are currently seven mutation types, each of which gives the mutated unit an income boost:
- Golden
- Diamond
- Emerald
- Ruby
- Void
- Ethereal
- Celestial
If you spot a mutated version of any brainrot, grab it, no question asked. They’re much harder to find, but the income difference is massive, especially Void mutations in the late game.
Tips to Collect Brainrots Faster
1. Upgrade Your Stats First
Before anything else, keep leveling up your Power and Reach stats. These let you swing further and reach the platforms that are further out, which is where the rare brainrots spawn.
2. Go for the Far Platforms
Each platform has a Luck stat attached to it. The further the platform, the higher its Luck, and the better the brainrot that can appear there. Common units mostly show up near the start. Rarer ones are out further.
3. Max Out Your Carry Capacity
There’s a carry capacity stat that limits how many brainrots you can bring back per run. Upgrade this early, it means more income per trip without needing to make extra runs.
4. Don’t Ignore Mutations
Normal brainrots are fine, but mutated versions are the real priority once you’ve got most of the base units. Focus your late-game runs on hunting mutations, especially on the farther platforms.
