Finding your way out of the Rhodes Hill Care Center in Resident Evil Requiem will require you to explore the West Wing and East Wing areas thoroughly. To get your hands on all the quartzes to escape through the courtyard, you must get all three ID Wristbands.
Out of all ID Wristbands, ID Wristband Level 2 is the trickiest to get. It is not out in the open, and acquiring it requires you to bring a testing body back to life. Artificial Lungs and Artificial Heart Locations in Resident Evil Requiem
The Artificial Lungs and Artificial Heart are two main items to bring a testing body back to life in the Examination Room in the East Wing. Interacting with the hand of the body will give you a hint of something under the shackle. It is the ID Wristband Level 2, which you need to access the Isolation Ward.
Artificial Lungs Location in Resident Evil Requiem
The Artificial Lungs are inside the Organ Transport Box,located at the back of the van in the Garage in the West Wing.
Now, before you can reach the garage and open the Organ Transport Box, you need to do two things. The first one is to get an ID Wristband Level 1, and the second is to get the Leatherbound Notebook.
How to Get the Artificial Lungs
The ID Wristband Level 1 is in the corridor to the Conference Room on the second floor of the East Wing. It is just past the Lead Researcher’s Office, where you encounter Chunk for the first time.
For the Leatherbound Notebook, you have to open the puzzle box in the Lead Researcher’s Office. To do so, get the corrosive from the Conference Room to destroy the padlock on the puzzle box. After that, enter the following code to unlock the puzzle box to get the Sun Quartz and the Leatherbound Notebook.
- Star, Sun, Moon, Sun
Now that you have everything, head to the Security Level 1 door in the West Wing area. Use the ID Wristband Level 1 to open the door, and you will spot the garage door at the end.
However, before you go into the garage, head inside the Custodian’s Office. Pick up the Wrench beside the typewriter from the table, as you will need it later. Now, leave the office and go to the garage. Head to the van at the back and pick up the organ transport box.
Rotate the box and open its back to reveal the switches. Follow the following steps to unlock the organ transport box.
- Set the dial to Hand.
- Move the rightmost switch to the middle.
- Lower the two Yellow Switches.
- Set the dial back to Auto.
The organ transport box will unlock, and you can pick up the Artificial Lungs.
Artificial Heart Location in Resident Evil Requiem
The Artificial Heart is located inside the Cold Storage room in the West Wing. It is past the staircase to the second floor of the West Wing. However, accessing this door requires the Wrench, which we believe you have picked up from the Custodian’s Office.
How to Get the Artificial Heart
Head to the Cold Storage room and interact with the wheel. The wheel will come off, but do not worry, as you have the wrench to open the door. Use the wrench to open the Cold Storage and head inside. The Artificial Heart will be in front, hanging on a hook.
How to Use the Artificial Lungs & Artificial Heart in Resident Evil Requiem
After acquiring the Artificial Lungs and Artificial Heart, head back to the Examination Room in the East Wing. Interact with the body and place the Artificial Lungs, and then the Artificial Heart. It will bring the testing body to life. Now, defeat the testing subject, and then you can pick up the ID Wristband 2 from its body.
