Pokemon Pokopia includes numerous resources spread across the various zones of the desolate island. One such resource with great importance is Twine, as it helps you navigate across the zone frequently.

Moreover, it is used to craft numerous items, ranging from decorations to essential items to restore certain Pokemon habitats. Although you do not need it in the first zone, it is crucial for the rest of the zones. If you find yourself trying to find an abundance of Twine in Pokemon Pokopia, this guide will help you know where to look for it.

How to Get Twine in Pokemon Pokopia

Twine can be obtained from various means in Pokemon Pokopia. You will find it initially when you reach the Bleak Beach, the second major zone of the game.

The primary method to get Twine is to look for textile waste on the ground and use the “Cut” move to turn it into Twine. You can find textile waste in various spots around the Bleak Beach zone. Cutting each textile waste can give you 3-5x Twine.

TIP: If you have access to Palette Town, you can find the textile waste on the beach areas.

The second method to get Twine is to remove the Spider Webs using the Cut move. You can find spider webs in the abandoned buildings. Explore the area and look for the buildings to find spider webs. Remove them to get Twine easily.

The third, and probably the most effective method to get Twine, is to visit a Pokemon with a Litter specialty. There are various Bug-type Pokemon that have Litter as a specialty. An early bug-type Pokemon that you can find in Bleak Beach is Spinarak. Restore the “Yellow Tall Grass” habitat to befriend Spinarak. After that, you can visit Spinarak’s location to find a bundle of Twine on the ground.

The fourth and final method to get Twine is through the Shop. You can purchase a limited number of Twine for coins at the Shop. This is not a preferred method to obtain Twine, but if you are in a zone where you cannot get Twine, then it can be helpful.

Twine is used to craft various items, including chairs, beds, sandbags, party bunting, and the Ditto Flag. The Ditto Flag is the most crucial recipe, as it marks your home for fast traveling.

You must make a home and mark it in every zone so that you can navigate among them effectively. Lastly, there is a Gather Twine! challenge, which you can complete by gathering Twine. Completing this challenge will reward you with 200 Life Coins.
