What makes the Alulumu M10 stand out is plain to see: it looks cool. It’s industrial with a little retro futurism thrown in. It’s all in one, with a strap that doubles as a USB cable, magsafe charging and a pad for charging an apple watch too. That said, how’s the performance? Is it all style, no substance? Alulumu M10 Review – Solid & Stylish

★★★★☆ As you can see from its specs, the M10 isn’t carrying a sleeper build. If you’re really into power banks, you might even think it’s a little low-capacity. After all, the viral Haribo battery banks were double the capacity of the M10 and half as small.

If you haven’t heard of them, they were coveted by hikers (who love to obsess over their carry weight), until it all came crumbling down when Lumafield used a CT scanner on one. Cathode overhang was the diagnosis, which meant fire risk. Haribo recalled the product, prevented any issues, and the ultra-light hiking community went back to their second-best option (a brand called Nitecore).
Compared to that, the Alulumu M10 is practically an engineering marvel. Certified by all major aviation commissions (carry-on bags only), it’s neither fire risk nor flight risk; it’s safe. The M10 is also plated with solid metal, has three ways to charge, and the strap doubles as a cable. It’s a very cool little gadget, and a lot of love has been put into designing it.
Alulumu clearly cares about aesthetics as much as anything, but you do wonder if some of the features are just there to look cool. Take the “heat dissipation holes” for example; On either side of the bank are holes gridded with speaker mesh. They look effective–cool too–but they also look like a direct line for water into the circuitry. Either way it’s not the type of power bank you’d take hiking, it’s more for style.

Style-wise, it’s one of the best. It’s cyberpunk without being over-the-top (“Urban tech & future aesthetic” is the style they call it). More than anything else, this is the M10’s big selling point, and it’s a clever one. After all, it’s a phone accessory that so many people use, why waste all that style potential with a plain, plastic box?
That said, it does look so cool you get a bit worried about scratching it. Thankfully, it comes with a carry bag too, and hasn’t shown any wear as of two weeks of lugging it around without a case anyway.
M10 Power Bank : Under the hood it's a pretty standard powerbank. People who use an Apple Watch will be most impressed by its features, but otherwise it's the M10's style that'll sell you.Designed like no other, it can safely be called the leading powerbank for cyberpunk style (or as Alulumu says, "tech-future"). Worth buying as a statement piece more than anything, as are their other stylish gadgets. – Branden Zavaleta
