Keeping an Eye Out quest requires the players to deploy on the Blue Gate map to find Bilguun’s Shelter and take a photograph of it. Moreover, this quest does not require completion in one round, so the players can complete it in more than one raid.
Here are all the objectives of the Keeping an Eye Out quest in Arc Raiders.
Locate the collapsed highway by the southern edge of the Barren Clearing
After deploying on the Blue Gate map, head to the southwest side of the map. Follow the bridge to the west from the Highway Collapse. Go to the top of the bridge and go to its end. You can get to the top of the bridge by climbing the broken part of the bridge near the end.
Find Bilguun’s Shelter, and search for any clues of his presence
For the final part, you need to head into Bilguun’s Shelter, which is inside the bridge at the end. To get there, you can drop from the bridge and hold the jump key to grab the ledge below. Alternatively, you can use the Snap Hook or a Zipline to reach it easily.
Once you are in Bilguun’s Shelter, you will see the prompt for a photograph. Interact with the point to take a picture of the graffiti on the wall. As you take the picture, the quest will conclude.

After completing the quest, head back to Speranza and turn in the quest to receive the following rewards.
