Resident Evil Requiem includes multiple major areas throughout the story which you can explore at your own pace to find collectibles and solve puzzles. During your playthrough as Grace, you will run into several safes.
These safes require a specific code to open and offer collectibles, resources, and survival items. Moreover, unlocking all safes will earn you an achievement as well. All Safe Locations & Their Codes in Resident Evil Requiem
There are 5 Safes in Resident Evil Requiem spread across the main areas. You can find the code for each safe through exploration, and most of the time, it will require you to backtrack to the safe to unlock it. Moreover, the codes are different for Casual/Normal and Insanity difficulties. If you are playing on Insanity difficulty, the codes will be different from those for you than the Casual/Normal difficulty. Here are all the safe locations and their codes in Resident Evil Requiem.
Safe #1 Location and Code
The first safe is in the Bar & Lounge on the second floor of the West Wing area in the Rhodes Hill Care Center. After accessing the West Wing area, head through the kitchen, then through the Dining Room to reach the Staircase. Go up to the second floor and enter the Bar & Lounge room. Eliminate the zombies in the area and walk up to the counter to find the Safe. The code for the Bar & Lounge safe is as follows.
- 10 (Left), 80 (Right), 30 (Left) – Casual/Normal Difficulty
- 50 (Left), 30 (Right), 90 (Left) – Insanity Difficulty
You will find 3 Antique Coins inside this safe.
Safe #2 Location and Code
The second safe is in the Examination Room on the first floor of the East Wing area in the Rhodes Hill Care Center. After accessing the East Wing area, head to the left and enter the first room on the right. This is the Examination Room, and the safe will be on the shelf. The code for the Examination Room safe is as follows.
- 30 (Right), 10 (Left), 50 (Right) – Casual/Normal Difficulty
- 20 (Right), 50 (Left), 30 (Right) – Insanity Difficulty
You will find 3 Antique Coins inside this safe.
Safe #3 Location and Code
The third safe is in the Basement Furnace of the Rhodes Hill Care Center. After reaching the Basement section, head to the Furnace room with at least 1 Joint Plug. Power the left door with the Joint Plug and follow the path to enter a room with a forklift. Head to a little office on the right, and you will find the safe on the table. The code for the Basement Furnace safe is as follows.
- 60 (Right), 40 (Left), 80 (Right) – Casual/Normal Difficulty
- 70 (Left), 50 (Right), 20 (Left) – Insanity Difficulty
You will find the Raccoon Roundup Map (Rhodes Hill) and Handgun Ammo inside this safe.
Safe #4 Location and Code
The fourth safe is in the Sterilization Chamber of the ARK area. From the typewriter, head straight down the corridor and enter the room ahead. This will take you to the Sterilization Chamber, and the safe will be on the counter. However, this room will have lickers, so you have to be quiet. The code for the Sterilization Chamber safe is as follows.
- 10 (Right), 90 (Left), 20 (Right) – Casual/Normal Difficulty
- 80 (Left), 50 (Right), 0 (Left) – Insanity Difficulty
You will find 1 Med Injector, 1 Molotov Cocktail, and Handgun Ammo inside this safe.
Safe #5 Location and Code
The fifth and final safe is in the Monitor Control Room of the ARK area. This room is in the Lobby, which you can access with the Override Key. After accessing the Lobby, enter the first room on the left. This is the Monitor Control Room, and the safe will be on the counter. The code for the Monitor Control Room safe is as follows.
- 50 (Left), 60 (Right), 80 (Left) – Casual/Normal Difficulty
- 20 (Right), 0 (Left), 70 (Right) – Insanity Difficulty
You will find 1 Med injector, 1 Bottle of Acid, and 1 Empty Bottle inside this safe.
Lastly, upon unlocking all five safes in Resident Evil Requiem, you will unlock the “No Safe is Safe” Achievement.
