Calamity Angels: Special Delivery is a new game from the creatives behind the Neptunia series. In this game, you lead a Delivery Team whose sole purpose is to deliver packages to people in challenging circumstances and terrain. The trophy list is an interesting one, and we’ll help you get that platinum trophy.

There are 45 trophies total, including platinum. Overall, I would put the difficulty at a 3/10. It’s not a hard game, but combat can be a little annoying. I’d say you’re looking at somewhere around 20-40 hours to get platinum.

Calamity Angels: Special Delivery Trophies

Fight! Deliver! Calamity Angels!

Aquired all trophies

This will unlock automatically once you get your 44th trophy in the game, regardless of what it is.

An unmissable, story-related trophy.

Your Delivery Has Arrived!

Completed a delivery request for the first time

An unmissable, story-related trophy.

Thank You, As Always!

Completed 10 delivery requests

Technically story-related, as you will no doubt get this over the course of finishing the story.

We Hope to Serve You Again!

Completed all delivery requests

There are three kinds of jobs: normal, character, and main. Make sure you do every normal and character job before the main ones, and you will get this trophy eventually. It is possible to accept more than one job at a time, but I wouldn’t do that unless they are in the same area and you feel confident you can get through quickly.

In total, there are 61 deliveries you’ll need to complete. While the story completely ends upon finishing Episode 9, there will still be more afterwards that you will need to complete.

Rookie Delivery Team

Increased team rank for the first time

An unmissable, story-related trophy.

Skilled Delivery Team

Increased team rank to A

This is also technically story-related, as the requirements needed for ranking up always include the next story delivery. I’m not sure you can actually progress without ranking up, but you’ll still automatically get this as you work on doing all deliveries for the We Hope to Serve You Again! trophy.

Top Delivery Team

Increased team rank to SSS

This is also technically story-related, as the requirements needed for ranking up always include the next story delivery. I’m not sure you can actually progress without ranking up, but you’ll still automatically get this as you work on doing all deliveries for the We Hope to Serve You Again! trophy.

Treasure-Loving Healer

Unleashed Treasure Time with Suliya

This has a random chance to happen during any battle while Suliya is in your party, so you’ll eventually get this.

Sleep-Deprived Fighter

Unleashed Bigger is Bed-er! with Somnia

This has a random chance to happen during any battle while Somnia is in your party, so you’ll eventually get this.

Martial Mage

Unleashed Magic Fist with Ivris

When Ivris is dropped to critically low health or takes a big hit, a small animation will play, and you will get to choose one of her special attacks. For this trophy, choose Magic Fist.

Cowardly Paladin

Unleashed Aerial Obliteration with Selma

This is one of the only special character skills that can’t just trigger on its own. For this, you’ll need to have Selma and Luminous in your party. When Luminous uses Luminous Change and (high chance, but not guaranteed) turns into a spider or frog, Selma will freak out and let you use Aerial Obliteration.

Mad Alchemist

Unleashed Chemical Launcher with Numero

This is the hardest character skill to trigger because it is so incredibly rare. I tried all sorts of party combinations, but I don’t think that made a single difference. You’ll just have to keep him in your party and cross your fingers that he finally does it.

Idol Archer

Unleashed Luminous Change with Luminous

Randomly, at the start of a battle, Luminous will activate Luminous Change, and she will become a frog, spider, or herself out of costume. All three of these forms are entirely useless, so it’s better to always have her with Selma because the frog or spider will trigger Selma’s Aerial Obliteration, which is almost always an instant victory.

Professor of Monsterology

Completed the Monster Encyclopedia

(Note: this trophy doesn’t pop automatically, you have to open your competed Encyclopedia to get it.)

The bulk of the Monster Encyclopedia will fill out as you play through the game, and then you can save any cleanup for near the end of the game when you have access to all areas. The Encyclopedia is nice because you can sort by habitat, which directly tells you what areas you haven’t found every monster.

There are also a few that are tied to the character skills that randomly trigger, which are on the last two pages of the Encyclopedia for you to keep track:

Ballgon: Selma’s Evil Banishing Spark Skill (Note: this is an enemy you have to actually defeat in a fight, and it is pretty difficult if the random encounter triggers early on)
Mii: Suliya’s Dinner Time Skill
Numeji: Numero’s Sample Absorption Skill
Fierce Skeleton: Luminous’ Delusion Time Skill
Skeleton Siblings: Luminous’ Delusion Time Skill

Liberator of the Code Obelisk

Activated a Code Obelisk for the first time

In just about every area of the game, you will see these stone buildings.

Code Obelisk
Image Source: Idea Factory & Compile Heart via Phrasemaker

Travel to one and activate it to get this trophy and the ability to fast travel to that spot from anywhere else on the board/map.

Master of the Code Obelisk

Activated all Code Obelisks

Map layouts don’t change, so make sure you check out every map you enter and remember where these are. If you can’t get to them during a delivery, you can always return once it is over.

Slow and Steady

Delivered a package with Onoi Power below 5

You can easily do this in the very first delivery if you just meander around and take side paths. Just make sure you actually start heading for the delivery objective once you are around 7.

Express Professional

Delivered a package with Omoi Power above 20

Can be done in the second delivery if you beeline to the exit(s) and do a couple of fights to regain Omoi Power. The trophy says “above 20,” but it will still unlock at 20.

If not, you can always redo the specified deliveries that are at a lower rank than you, so you can blow through an area without any trouble to get this done.

Lucky!

Triggered a lucky event once

This will likely just happen randomly and isn’t something you can trigger deliberately. I got it in the very first delivery.

Super Lucky!

Triggered 10 lucky events

Even though this is very random, the game is pretty generous, and I had it happen three times in the second delivery. Your mileage will vary, but it shouldn’t take all that long to pop this.

Shopping Enjoyer

Purchased 50 items at the shop

As you progress further and earn more money, buying the first-tier health potions in bulk will easily unlock this. You don’t have to buy things one at a time to unlock this.

Shopping Lover

Purchased 500 items at the shop

I don’t think this can possibly come naturally, but it will be easy once you are nearly done with the story. The Low-Grade Life Juice is 100 Kit per, so a stack of 99 is only 9,990 Kit. Sell all of them in your inventory and then buy the 99, which should unlock this trophy in only a few cycles of this. Plus, this will get you the Shopping Devotee trophy.

Shopping Devotee

Sold 50 items at the shop

It doesn’t matter what you sell, and you can get yourself an early leg up on this if you sell off the potions you have at the start of the story. If need be, you can save the game, sell whatever items, and then reload your save.

Journey of 100

Moved a total of 100 spaces

You will get this early in the game as you have to move spaces to progress.

Journey of 500

Moved a total of 500 spaces

Guaranteed to get while you play through the game and work on completing all deliveries.

Journey of 1,000

Moved a total of 1,000 spaces

Guaranteed to get while you play through the game and work on completing all deliveries.

Battle Beginner

Won 10 battles

Guaranteed to get while you play through the game and work on completing all deliveries.

Battle Junkie

Won 50 battles

Guaranteed to get while you play through the game and work on completing all deliveries.

Battle Master

Won 100 battles

Guaranteed to get while you play through the game and work on completing all deliveries.

Frugal

Possessed over 10,000 Kit

This seems to be cumulative rather than an amount you have to hold all at once. It popped for me after a fight with a Kit reward, but my total wasn’t anywhere close to 10,000.

Wealthy

Possessed over 300,000 Kit

This is cumulative, so you are constantly working towards it with every delivery and battle you win. You should also be selling outdated equipment as you go to get closer to this.

Millionaire

Possessed over 500,000 Kit

This is cumulative, so you are constantly working towards it with every delivery and battle you win. You should also be selling outdated equipment as you go to get closer to this.

Welcome!

Visited the shop for the first time

It doesn’t matter if you do this on the very first map you visit or go into the shop when it opens before you leave for your second delivery.

To the Ends of the World

Visited all delivery areas

Despite how it sounds, you won’t have this trophy just for doing every delivery. This is a list of areas that had inactive Obelisks, so it’s possible I hadn’t visited them yet.

  • Postal Ruins – Deepest Area (Follow the dark doorways through Postal Plains – Danger Zone/Ruin)
  • Saihai Ruins – Deepest Area (From Saihai Forest Side Path/Ruin. No Obelisk, but there was a coverage-clearing animation to this doorway, which makes me believe I have never been here)
  • Aramon Cave – First Maze (Go through the rounded doorways in Aramon Wasteland – Rugged Path)
  • Yutai Cave 3 (Take the rounded doorway in the bottom right of Yutai Snow Mountain – Permafrost/Cave 3. This is where the trophy popped for me)
