The Terraria 1.4.5 update introduced Palworld Pals that players can find and obtain in the game. Terraria was added to Palworld back in 2025, and now the roles have reversed, you can find Pals in Terraria to help you with various tasks! In this guide, you’ll find everything you need to know about how to get all Pals in Terraria and what they do.
Cattiva

Where to find it: Surface layer, rescued from Goblin Scouts
Combat stats: 19 summon damage, +11% damage boost, +10 armor penetration
You’ll need these items first:
- Water Candle
- Battle Potion
- Life Force Analyzer
Head to the outer edges of your world and wait for Goblin Scouts to show up on your Life Force Analyzer. You’re looking for two Goblin Scouts holding a Cattiva prisoner.
Kill the scouts, grab the Cattiva, and now you’ve got a combat summon that attacks enemies automatically. The Water Candle makes scouts appear more often, so use that to speed things up.
Foxparks

Where to find it: Surface layer, rescued from Goblin Scouts
Combat stats: 42 summon damage, +15% damage boost, +10 armor penetration
Foxparks is found the same way as Cattiva, rescued from Goblin Scouts at the world’s edge. Use the same method as I have mentioned earlier.
However, Foxparks is rarer and harder to find compared to Cattiva. But it’s worth the hunt, because when you use Foxparks, it will shoot flames with its iconic Huggy Fire skill. Palworld fans will definitely love this one!
Digtoise

Where to find it: Underground Desert biome
What it does: Helps you dig and mine
This turtle-like Pal hangs out in underground deserts. You’ll need a Spelunker Potion and a Metal Detector to make your search easier. Once you head underground in a desert area, keep digging until your Treasure Finder says “Digtoise detected nearby!”
Look for a large spiked shell and hit it with your pickaxe. After doing so, Digtoise will automatically be added to your inventory as a spawnable item. Drag Digtoise out to help you mine.
Digtoise creates 3×1 tunnels, either horizontally or vertically, making it perfect for quickly clearing space or exploring new underground areas.
Chillet & Chillet Ignis

Where to find it: Underground (any biome)
What it does: Mount that powers up your attacks
Similar to how you find Digtoise, you’ll need to grab your digging tools and head deep underground. Dig around until your Treasure Finder says, “Huge Dragon Egg detected nearby!”
You’re looking for a large blue or red egg with stripes. Once you find one, mine it to add it to your inventory. Use the egg to hatch either Chillet or Chillet Ignis at random.
You can ride them around, and your attacks get stronger while mounted. Double-tap a direction to use Rocket Slam for some extra mobility. Very useful!
Don’t expect to find these Pals right away if you’re starting fresh. You’ll need decent gear and items first. The Goblin Scout Pals (Cattiva and Foxparks) take patience since the spawns are random. For the underground ones, make sure you’re prepared with potions and detection items.
Each Pal brings something different to your game. Try to grab all five if you can, they’re worth the effort!
