Heartopia just welcomed in their first seasonal event with the Winter Frost Season, and now they will be welcoming in their first collaboration in just a little over a week and a half from now.
The My Little Pony and Heartopia collaboration will officially begin on Valentine’s Day, February 14th. The event will have many exclusive items that players can redeem, as well as different ways to participate. There will also be a special pet reward that players can redeem starting on February 7th. This article is a complete guide to the event with everything you need to know.
The Heartopia x My Little Pony Starting Times & Dates
Pre-Event: The first update for the collabration is the Pre-Event which will take place from February 7th to February 14th 6:00 AM EST. Players will be able to solve a daily puzzle to earn rewards to help the town prepare for the event.
Players will have the opportunity to get a exclusive Spike costume for pets and Time-Limited Exhibition Passes to use for the second part of the event.
Main Event: The complete event opens on February 17th where you will be able to begin quests and earn themed costumes inspired by My Little Pony characters.
Some of the items we know of so far are vehicles, complete outifts/costumes, collectible cards, and more created after Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rarity, and Fluttershy.
What To Know Before The Event Starts
This event ran on the Chinese verison of Heartopia, so it gives us the opportunity to know ahead of time what this event will entail, including some of the plot of the quest. A lot of this event will center around the Tree of Harmony which is a staple of the My Little Pony world.
The Tree of Harmony will need to be interacted with everyday, including:
- Watering the tree daily
- Resonating with harmony elements
- Using elements to unlock rewards
- Collecting commemorative badges
Badges will be earned the more we do tasks involving the Tree of Harmony, and these are able to be displayed around our home, our Heartopia profile, and even traded to other players.
Rewards and Items
During the event, all the My Little Pony items will be able to be collected through the Gilded Acorn Shop, including a pool for each pony. It is highly recommended to save Acorn currency ahead of the event as it will be costly to collect all the ponies.
Note: Time-Limited Exhibition Passes will only last a short time, depending on the date they expire, it might not be worth stacking them back for the event.
