Henry Creel has arrived in The Fog. With Chapter 2 of the Dead by Daylight and Stranger Things crossover came two new survivors and their ultimate enemy, The First.

The First’s perks allow him to damage Generators from a distance and turn back/block their progression. If you want to give Henry a go, these builds will help you make the most of him.

Turn Back The Clock

This perk combo focuses on stopping the survivors from completing their objectives. Agitation helps you get your victim to a specific hook. Pain Resonance and Turn Back The Clock target multiple generators when not using a scourge hook, and I’m All Ears keeps all other survivors in sight mid chase or while they make a quick getaway from the blown generators.

Hex: Hive Mind

A Hex build is a great way to keep your victims occupied while you stalk them. The First’s own Hex perk, Hive Mind, makes working on Generators much more difficult, while Fortunes Fool and Thrill of the Hunt hinder and slow survivors down. All of these lead to a frenzied attempt to cleanse totems and unknowling Haunted Ground, which can be a game-changer.

PerkKillerDescription
Hex: Hive MindThe FirstThe first time you hook any Survivor a random Dull Totem becomes a Hex Totem. Generators are highlighted; the intensity of the Generators’ auras reveals their repair progress. As soon as a total of 4 generators have been completed in the Trial, all remaining generators explode, lose 6/8/10% progress, and start regressing.
Hex: Fortune’s FoolGeneral PerkIf there is still a Dull Totem in the environment, Hex: Fortune’s Fool lights a Hex Totem whenever you hook a Survivor for the first time, cursing them. It inflicts the Oblivious status effect and blocks the Hex Totem for all other Survivors for 90 seconds.
Hex: Thrill of the HuntGeneral PerkFor each Totem remaining in the environment, Hex: Thrill of the Hunt is granted 1 Token. For each Token, all Survivors suffer from a stack-able 10/12/14% speed penalty to Cleansing and Blessing Totems, up to a maximum of 50/60/70%.
Hex: Haunted GroundThe SpiritWhen either Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed, all Survivors suffer from the Exposed status effect for 40/50/60 seconds. The second Hex Totem will immediately turn into a Dull Totem.

Secret Project

Stopping Generator progress is integral to getting as many kills as you can, and keeping them covered slows survivors down considerably. When survivors don’t have gens to do, they find other objectives, such as opening chests or cleansing totems.

This is whereSecret Project comes in handy. To make sure they need to find something else to do, Grim Embrace and Corrupt Intervention keep those Generators covered, while Pain Resonance ruins their progress even when they do get a chance to fix one.
