In Heartopia, using seeds to grow crops is one of the most lucrative hobbies in the whole game. With some careful timing, it’s a great way to earn a steady income, but growing crops is challenging without knowing where to get the seeds to plant in the first place.
Luckily, it’s pretty easy to get your hands on some seeds and get gardening. Like all the other hobbies, there is a specific townsperson to talk to who has all the supplies you need to get the job done, and they’re your go-to for all your gardening needs.
How to Unlock Gardening in Heartopia

In order to start gardening in Heartopia, you’ll have to get far enough through the main story quests to meet Blanc. Blanc will automatically show up outside your house when the quest becomes available, and they’ll explain the whole process to you. The main idea is that you’ve got to place planters, put seeds in them, and then water the plots so the crops grow more efficiently.
Once they’ve told you everything there is to know about early gardening, Blanc will give you some planters and tomato seeds to get started. After you’ve grown your first crop of tomatoes, you’ll be given more planters and seeds before getting to garden to your heart’s desire. Blanc will always be your contact for gardening resources, but you can sell the crops for gold to Albert Jr.
Where to Get Seeds in Heartopia

Once you’ve fully unlocked the gardening hobby, you’ll have to go a bit farther than your front yard to get supplies. The gardening store is with Blanc, on the South side of Garden Street, just Southeast of Mrs. Joan, from whom you get your pets. They stand right outside the garden store and are easily identifiable by their ears and tail, so you can speak with them about whatever you need.
Different seeds are unlocked at different levels, with some being more expensive than others. On top of that, the seeds will also take different amounts of time to grow, so make sure to check those times before you plant. Watering your crops will make them grow faster, so it’s an important step to remember.
Once you’ve got that down, you’ve got everything you need to know about getting seeds in Heartopia
