The Pokemon GO Precious Pals event is taking place at the end of January 2026, as part of the Precious Paths Season. Here are the start and end date and times for the event:

All Special Evolution Conditions During the Precious Pals Event
During Pokemon GO’s Precious Pals event, there are also some special evolution conditions that have been set for certain monsters featured in the event. Usually, these Pokemon would require a higher amount of Candy or requirements to evolve, but until Precious Pals concludes, they will be changed to the following:
- Eevee to Sylveon: Evolve Eevee into Sylveon after earning 20 hearts with Eevee as your buddy.
- Would usually require 25 Eevee Candy + 70 Hearts earned as your buddy.
- Pancham to Pangoro: Evolve Pancham into Pangoro after catching ten Dark Type Pokemon with Pancham as your buddy.
- Would usually require 50 Pancham Candy + 32 Dark Type Pokemon captured with Pancham as your buddy.
- Pawmo to Pawmot: Evolve Pawmo into Pawmot after exploring 5 km with Pawmo as your buddy.
- Would usually require 100 Pawmi Candy + exploring 25 km with Pawmo as your buddy.
