In Heartopia, there are many hobbies you can take part in at different locations around the map. In addition to this, there is a variety of different NCPS that can be spoken to or from which you can purchase items. During an in-game event known as the Rainbow Event, there are special bonuses, items that can be acquired, and exclusive items sold by Doris.

But how does the Rainbow event work in Heartopia, and where can you find each of these important locations? Everything you’ll need to know has been covered in the guide below.

What is Heartopia’s Rainbow Event? Explained

The Rainbow Event in Heartopia is a limited-time weather event that appears every so often, lasting just a few real-time hours from when the event kicks off in-game.

The first Heartopia Rainbow event took place on January 17, 2026. This event generally kicks off at a specific in-game time. However, as there are different servers, the real-world time equivalent to this virtual start time will differ based on your timezone. The event begins at 6PM server time, no matter which server you are in – letting players use this knowledge to their advantage to plan ahead.

Here’s a breakdown of everything included in Heartopia’s Rainbow event.

Special Vendor – Doris

An event-exclusive version of Doras can be found at the end of the rainbow during this event. She sells special limited-time rainbow-themed items (such as the Rainbow emote) as well as similar options to her rainy and snowy catalogue.

Rainbow Bouquets

During the Rainbow event, there are also three Rainbow Bouquets that can be collected. They provide a 30 minute blessing to improve the star rating of results from Fishing, Cooking, Sand Sculpting, Pumpkin Carving, Snow Sculpting. During this time, watering may also provide Rainbow Breeding Powder to your plants and crops.

Here are the approximate locations where all three Rainbow Bouquets can be found, complete with map screenshots.

Rainbow Bouquet 1 – Outside Your Home

  • The first Rainbow Bouquet can be discovered outside of your home. As Heartopia loads you into one of the available home slots on the map alongside other players, this will likely differ each time you log in. However, the Bouquet should at least be relatively easy to find, usually located somewhere outside the front of your residence. If you do not see it available, make sure that you check your in-game mailbox!

Rainbow Bouquet 2 – Forest Island

  • The second Rainbow Bouquet can be found near the middle of Forest Island, on top of the giant rock that you can climb.

  • The third and final Rainbow Bouquet can be picked up from Forest Lake, at the section indicated below:

Rainbow Passive

There is also an additional Rainbow Blessing passive active for online players during the event. This provides a chance to obtain extra resources from harvesting and collecting materials with your pickaxe around the map. This makes it come in handy for farming materials you need often for quests, or valuable building resources.

Will Heartopia’s Rainbow Event Return?

Yes, the Rainbow event in Heartopia will return on occasional or semi-regular basis, as it is a rare weather condition. Players will be able to know when the next Rainbow event is coming to the game by checking their in-game watch. By clicking on the weather icon, they can get details on weather for the next few days ahead of time, much like a real weather app.
