No matter at which point in your journey you are, farming a Bastion always pays off, as long as you come ready for the battle. Here are all Bastion locations in ARC Raiders, across all maps, and how Major conditions might impact their presence on certain areas.
While the Bastions can technically spawn on all maps, they’re certainly easier to find in a few key locations. Whether you’re hunting for Bastion Cells or trying to farm a Trial, here is where you can find these six-legged menaces.
All Bastion Locations Per Map
Here are all Bastion locations in ARC Raiders divided by map.
Blue Gate
You can find Bastions at the Blue Gate in the Trapper’s Glade or at the Checkpoint right in the middle of the map. Sometimes, they’ll spawn inside the tunnel at Checkpoint, so do check it if you don’t see them outside.
Buried City
There are usually Bastions aplenty at Buried City. If you don’t run into one at Marano Park, you’ll most likely bump into one close to the broken bridge at Piazza Arbusto.
Dam Battlegrounds
Bastions can only be found at the Dam Battlegrounds during Major map Conditions like Electromagnetic Storm or Night raids. Under these conditions you can find Bastions close to the Water Treatment Control or at the Red Lakes Balcony.
Spaceport
If you get lucky, you’ll find your Bastion in Spaceport at the top of the map, between the Trench Towers and the East Container Yard. Otherwise, you might find one around the Container Storage.
Stella Montis
While it might have a ton of inconsistencies, including how lobbies can either be full pacifist fiestas or all-out bloodbaths, Stella Montis has one rule: there is always a Bastion roaming the Loading Bay.
Best Locations To Farm Bastions In ARC Raiders
The problem with farming Bastions is that, outside of Stella Montis’ Loading Bay, all their spawns are randomized. While you can find one in all locations we listed, you might also find nothing, or worse, you might run into a pesky Bombardier.
So if you are farming Bastion Cells, we recommend going to Stella Montis (make sure you bring a safe pocket in case you run into trouble) and rushing the Loading Bay as soon as possible. This is a great area to fight a Bastion in, as long as no players backstab you, of course.
If you are farming Bastion Trials, like the one where you need to damage them, you’re better off running Buried City or Spaceport. Spawning at the North-end of Spaceport will give you direct access to the Bastion, as long as it spawns.
Buried City will almost always have a Bastion, especially during Night raids. If you don’t find it at Marano Park, look for it at Piazza Arbusto, and vice-versa. We got lucky and managed to stick around long enough on a Buried City Night raid to see a second Bastion spawn at Marano Park, so they can respawn if the first one is killed early enough in a raid.
