Although StarRupture has you working towards automation as an end-goal, there is a lot of exploration and looting to be done in the meanwhile. If you venture into one of the abandoned bases in Arcadia-7, like the one where you find the Rotor blueprint, you will quickly run out of space.
Here is how to increase inventory size in StarRupture, to make sure you never have to choose between which items to take and which to leave when you bump into an area that is packed with loot.
How To Increase Inventory Size in StarRupture
For the most part, Corporations in StarRupture will give you rewards based on their own unlock tree. But inventory size increases are actually spread throughout most Corporations, so you will really want to level them all up in parallel, ideally, by giving them all the goodies they want.
Here are all increases to Inventory Size and how you get to them:
- Selenian- level three.
- Future Health Solutions- level seven.
- Griffits Blue- level eight.
- Moon Energy- level eleven.
All these Corporations will increase your inventory size in StarRupture by eight slots. Clever Robotics is the only corp in the game which doesn’t have increase inventory size as a reward.
You start your journey in Arcadia with 16 inventory slots, so you can double your carrying capacity if you unlock all the upgrades.
Still Having Trouble With Space?
If you keep having issues with how much stuff you’re carrying, you should invest into some Personal Storage. These are 18-slot containers which are embedded into the walls of your habitat, taking almost no space inside it.
You can unlock them by reaching level two with Clever Robotics, and they are extremely useful. Not only do they take a ton of items, you can rename them, which will change the text they display, allowing you to have categorized storage for easy access.
