Popular singer Lenny Kravitz is playing the villain Bawma in 007 First Light. IO Interactive has shown it is not afraid to get some notable names in its games. Hitman: World of Assassination is constantly adding new assassination targets like Eminem and Milla Jovovich, but now the studio’s next game is getting in on the fun.
Lenny Kravitz Plays the Villain in 007 First Light

The latest 007 First Light video opens up with a lot of the usual action that you might expect to see from a game starring James Bond. It then quickly jumps to a story point where Bond is tied up and hanging upside down above an area filled with crocodiles, as all good Bond villains should have.
Take a look at the official announcement below:
Even for someone who has not seen any 007 movies in their lifetime, it is pretty easy to see what is going on here. The villain, in this case Bawma, threatens Bond with feeding him to the crocodiles, even going so far as to throw someone else in the pit first, before Bond finds a highly unlikely and brilliant way to escape.
Who is Bawma in 007 First Light?

Bawma appears to be someone who particularly loves his pets, considering he calls them his “girls,” and it looks like he has scale tattoos all over his body.
The word “bawma” means owl in Arabic, and while there’s no sign of him being connected with that animal, the name may be more connected with his short speech on how he sees everything in his city. He goes so far as to call Aleph, Mauritania, an extension of his own being.
While Kravitz is a world-renowned musician, we would be surprised if he were providing a new song for 007 First Light. We could easily be proven wrong, but there are rumors that it will be performed by Lana Del Rey.
