Based on the official character reveal trailer, she appears to have a very brawl-oriented design. This could mean that she could work well both as a frontline Tank/Vanguard, or as a rotating backline peel defender/anti-dive Vanguard, with a second character holding down the frontline.

As seen in the snippets of gameplay that have been released, Rogue appears to have a shield, melee-ranged combos, and is even capable of stealing abilities from other characters. She sits at 700 HP, which will undoubtedly help her get in and out of fights as a brawl character.
