Marvel Rivals has no shortage in the cosmetics department. In fact, one of the biggest appeals of the game is the new skins that consistently drop for the various heroes and villains across the roster. Psylocke is a Duelist hero who has received several amazing cosmetics so far, covering different themes and ideas. Here are the six best skins for Psylocke in Marvel Rivals so far, ranked by concept and execution.

6. Retro X-Uniform

Retro X-Uniform is an X-Men-themed skin for Psylocke, releasing in Season 2 as part of the Battle Pass. All-around skin is pretty nice in terms of design, but it doesn’t really stand in comparison to the other options for Psylocke.

While this skin does use those harsh bright yellows and blues for a classic X-Men look, it also has nice little details that customize the look more to Psylocke. This includes the hip cutout gradients and the pink decals. Heck, there was even a pretty cool emote to go alongside this skin, so it was nowhere near a flop in concept. However, in terms of a Premium Battle Pass skin, it’s kinda somewhere in the middle. There’s been better, there’s been worse.

5. Vengeance

Vengeance is a comic-inspired skin for Psylocke in Marvel Rivals, and one of the first concepts available for the hero. This skin released all the way back in Season 0, via the in-game Marvel Rivals shop.

Psylocke’s Vengeance skin is a simple yet very successful concept, full of clean design and clean, dark colors that look great on the character. It even pays homage to one of the more popular outfits for Psylocke seen across various media, including her portrayal in X-Men: Apocalypse. Furthermore, this was one of the first Psylocke skins to come paired with an MVP Highlight Intro, making it even more memorable to players.

4. Blood Kariudo

The Blood Kariudo skin was released for Psylocke in Marvel Rivals Season 1. This concept is part of the ‘Gothic Recursion’ skin collection, and is available to obtain via the in-game shop. Aside from the badass, themetic MVP/Highlight intro that comes paired in the bundle for this skin, Psylocke’s Blood Kariudo cosmetic is certainly a standout concept.

It comes in a deep, rich red color for that ‘bloody’ theme, and is packed full of tiny details to admire. From the unique bangs-and-braids hairstyle to the scrolls on her hip or tiny little bottles holstered to her thigh, this skin paints a very fun portrayal of the character, leaning heavily into assassin themes. This makes sense, considering the ‘Blood Kariudo’ title, roughly translating into ‘Blood Hunter’.

3. Breezy Butterfly

There’s no getting around the fact that Psylocke’s Breezy Butterfly cosmetic is undoubtedly one of Marvel Rivals’ numerous fan service skins. However, despite this, it’s also a very gorgeous concept that was brilliantly executed in Season 3, coming bundled up in the perfect little set of goodies.

The color palette is soft and summery, right on theme. Furthermore, there are an additional two color variants to choose from, featuring purple and yellow options. There are also beautiful details such as the little flower decals on her swimsuit and footwear, the fish charm on the end of her blade holster, and the butterfly-shaped hair charms. And to top it all off? It features some pretty nice sound effects for her Ultimate Ability, making her gameplay even more satisfying.

2. Daring Daifuku

Psylocke’s Daring Daifuku skin is one of her latest cosmetics to date, released in Season 5 as part of the Rivals Day Anniversary event. This skin is everything it should be – absolutely gorgeous, festive, and full of appeal for players. The only downside is that it can only be obtained via a gacha-roll system, paid for with Units.

The skin is nothing less than beautiful, full of feminine elegance in a gorgeous pink, ruffled dress and a unique hairstyle. There are two more alternate color variants in equally pretty, soft palettes, and the stunning Joyful Journey MVP Highlight intro, creating the perfect cinematic to celebrate your best plays.

Most importantly, though, Psylocke’s Daring Daifuku skin features some of the most satisfying SFX on a hero cosmetic to date. These sound effects literally sound like they’ve been pulled straight from some dreamy music box out of a fairytale.

1. Fleeting Butterfly

Fleeting Butterfly narrowly beats out the Darling Daifuku skin for the number one spot. They both have phenomenal sound effects, details, and execution of concept – Fleeting Butterfly simply takes the lead for my personal enjoyment of cyberpunk / futuristic design themes.

The skin, released in Season 4 as part of the Scrolls of Kun’lun event, stirred immediate hype and has quickly risen to popularity as one of the most popular Psylocke skins to date. The outfit looks great, the two additional color variants have amazing palettes featuring orange/pink and blue/silver, and the MVP Highlight intro animation is eye-catching and packed full of action to stir hype for your clips.

Again, this skin features some incredibly satisfying sound effects. During Psylocke’s ultimate, a series of motorcycle revs / ‘zoom’ sounds will play as you zip from one target to another, matching brilliantly with her MVP Highlight Into. There’s a really unique ‘unwind’ sound effect on her invisibility, too, which actually works brilliantly as a timer/sound queue for the ability. All-around, Fleeting Butterfly is a brilliantly executed skin on all fronts that has set the bar for every other Psylocke cosmetic to follow.
