Pokemon GO’s Halloween 2025 Part 2 event is the final sendoff for the spooky season in-game. The event, which has kicked off as of October 27, features a variety of in-game decorations, Lavender Town music, event themed Pokemon spawns to discover, and of course, a series of Field Research Tasks that can be completed to earn rewards.

All Field Research Tasks & Rewards in Pokemon GO’s Halloween 2025 Part 2 Event
In Pokemon GO, the Halloween 2025 Part 2 event begins on October 27 at 10 AM local time and will run until November 2nd at 8 PM local time.
Halloween 2025 Part 2 – New Costume Pokemon, Boosted Shiny Chances, & More!
During this event, there are a variety of different things for players to look forward to. There are Halloween costume Pokemon available through wild encounters and Raids. In addition to these costume Pokemon, two new lines are making their Halloween costume debut – Witch Hat Teddiursa/Witch Hat Ursaring/Witch Hat Ursaluna, and Halloween Headband Noibat/Halloween Headband Noivern.
Both of these new costume series for the Teddiursa and Noibat evolution lines are also available in shiny variants, and have boosted shiny odds during the event. In addition to this, shiny Sinistea has increased chances of appearing in Raids, and there are also boosted odds for encountering any of the costumed Pokemon in shiny form via Raids.
However, many of these Halloween costume Pokemon and spooky Ghost Types aren’t only available through these methods of encounter. Many are also obtainable as possible Field Research Task rewards!
All Field Research Tasks & Their Rewards During Pokemon GO’s Halloween 2025 Part 2 Event
During Pokemon GO’s Halloween 2025 Part 2 event, there are four different Field Research Tasks that can be completed during this one-week timeframe. Each of these four tasks has different potential rewards to be gained, such as encounters with Ghost Types, encounters with Halloween costume Pokemon, and Mega Energy for different Dark and Ghost Type monsters.
