Culture Kings has rolled out a new batch of officially licensed Fallout tees, covering Fallout 1, 3, 4, and 76, plus a “You’re S.P.E.C.I.A.L.” design. Is this more proof that Bethesda is betting big on season 2 of Fallout to be a hit? This release comes after rumours of a “paid mod” update for Fallout 4, and there’s an odd catch to this drop: Which shirt you can buy depends on where you live.
In Australia, New Zealand, and the rest of the world, all four game-specific styles are on offer with the 76 design being a hoodie.

Strangely, the U.S. and Canada lineup is even smaller— fans only get the Fallout 1, 4, and “You’re S.P.E.C.I.A.L.” tees, with the 3 and 76 designs nowhere to be found.

It could be temporary, it could be a marketing ploy, but no official word from Culture Kings (or Bethesda) has been sent out. It wouldn’t be the first time licensing quirks have left certain Wasteland souvenirs stranded overseas, but that makes it doubly strange that the U.S. has such a limited roster.
If it is a marketing ploy, they could be testing the waters for a fuller release, another way to monetise the Fallout hype that the show has been generating (which lends credence to the Fallout 4 update rumour too).
