You can earn each part from ring rituals around the floating archipelagoes. And once you’ve got all three, and upgraded them to level two, you can enjoy the set’s bonus– no fall damage!

Where to get the Glide Mask
This masquerade-style bird mask can be won near the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower, which is at the peak of Mount Lanayru. There, the air is more than chilly, it’s frozen solid, so bring warm clothing and hot meals before you climb.
Here’s the step-by-step to get the Glide Mask:
- Launch from the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower and glide northeast to Valor Island (4459, -821, 1114). If you’re lacking stamina, the small islands between have flying machines you use to get there.
- Talk to the Zonai Construct and accept the trail run challenge.
- Once you’ve beaten the trial, the Construct will suggest the true Dive Ceremony. If you can skydive through all rings in 35 seconds, you’ll win the Glide Mask.
It’s important to know that each attempt at the challenge casts a Zonai Charge, but you can win back Large Zonai Charges once you’ve won the mask.
Where to get the Glide Shirt
You can’t have a wingsuit without wings, so to grab the Glide Shirt, visit the Skyview Tower at Lindor’s Brow, west of Hyrule Castle. Then follow these steps:
- Launch from the Lindor’s Brow Skyview Tower and glide southwest to the floating rings of Courage Island (-2400, 0824, 0615). Use the smaller islands or stamina elixirs if you’re low on stamina.
- By the pool on the bottom island is a Zonai Construct, talk to it to begin the trail run challenge.
- After beating the trial run, talk to the construct again and start the Dive Ceremony in earnest. Clear all the rings in an impressive 35 seconds to win the Glide Shirt.
Where to get the Glide Tights
To claim the final piece in the set, the aerodynamic tights,visit the Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower in north Hyrule. If you haven’t already unlocked the tower, you’ll have to move a metal brick off the top of the tower before you can launch. Here are the steps for the Glide Tights:
- Launch from the Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower and glide south to Bravery Island (0176, 1988, 0758).
- Land by the pond and talk with the Zonai Construct. Undertake skydiving ritual trial run and impress the Construct.
- The Construct will now offer you to take the Dive Ceremony, and if you can dive through all the rings in under 35 seconds, you’ll be bestowed with the Glide Tights.
Glide Set Upgrades
- 3 Keese Wings, and 10 rupees. (4 defence).
- 5 Keese Wings, 6 Aerocuda Eyeballs, and 50 rupees (6 defence).
- 6 Aerocuda Wings, 8 Aerocuda Eyeballs, and 200 rupees (9 defence).
- 12 Gleeok Wings, 10 Aero Cuda Wings, 8 Gibdo Wings, and 500 rupees (16 defence).
Overall, the damage comes out to: 24 Keese Wings, 42 Aerocuda Eyeballs, 48 Aerocuda Wings, 36 Gleeok Wings, 24 Gibdo Wings, and a skyhigh 2,280 rupees.
