Skater bois, assassins, and Death Stranding dads: the next wave of Fortnite mayhem might already be leaking.
In what’s shaping up to be another fever dream crossover episode of Fortnite: Everything Everywhere All at Once, a fresh batch of character leaks has hit the internet. The alleged scoop comes courtesy of Shpeshal Nick from the XboxEra podcast — a leaker with a decent track record in Fortnite-world. His latest info drop paints a wild, genre-hopping picture of who’s allegedly next in line for the Item Shop.
Let’s get into it.
First up, Jack Black. No, not Po from Kung Fu Panda. Not Jumanji Jack. Just… Jack Black. According to Nick, the Tenacious D frontman is joining the game entirely as himself. This has absolutely nothing to do with the upcoming Minecraft movie, where he voices Steve — which might be Epic’s cheeky way of preempting a full Mojang crossover by beating Warner Bros. to the punch.

Tony Hawk is also allegedly dropping into the game, and this one might be tied to more than just a skin. Nick claims a full-on Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater event is coming, though he stops short of confirming what that’ll look like. A themed map? Skateboarding mechanics? Neversoft nostalgia-fueled chaos? We don’t know yet — but what we do know is that Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 drops July 11, 2025, so circle that date in pencil. Epic has never been shy about ignoring convenient tie-in timing.
Joining Hawk in this polygonal mosh pit are rumored characters from Mortal Kombat, Death Stranding, and the pixelated, blood-soaked corners of Double Dragon (Billy and Jimmy, for you NES purists). The Death Stranding inclusion feels very “sure, why not,” especially since Kojima’s next game is swirling around rumors too — this could be cross-promotional chaos, or just Epic flexing how weird things can get.

Also allegedly in the mix: a version of Doom Slayer based on DOOM: The Dark Ages (aka knight-core Doomguy), characters from Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 (the historical RPG where you get food poisoning from eating old stew — immersive!), and a lone NBA player (unnamed, but if it’s not Wemby towering over Peely, what’s the point?).

And finally, Agent 47 is reportedly sharpening his piano wire for an island assassination. Whether he comes with a barcode emote or a briefcase boomerang remains to be seen.

Oh, and Marvel characters in pixel art form? That’s a thing now, apparently. Is it for MARVEL Cosmic Invasion, or a tease for Spiderverse 3? Who knows, let’s just go with it.
As always, nothing’s official until Epic says it is — or until you see Jack Black flossing next to Chun-Li while Goku rides a hoverboard past the Eiffel Tower. Until then, speculate wildly and maybe start brushing up on your medieval Czech history. You never know what might be next in Fortnite.
